Book a free 15-minute consultation. We'll talk about what's going on, what you're looking for, and whether I'm the right fit. No pressure, no commitment. If we're a good match, we'll schedule your first session and I'll send you everything you need.

We'll spend the first session getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to get out of this. You don't need to have it all figured out. That's what the room is for.

No. My job is to be on the side of the relationship. That means I'll challenge both of you when it's needed and support both of you when it's needed. If it ever feels unbalanced, I want you to tell me.
-
It happens. Sometimes one person is ready before the other. I'm happy to start with individual sessions and we can explore what's getting in the way of your partner joining. Sometimes just one person shifting changes the whole dynamic.
-
Yes. What you share stays in the room with a few legal exceptions like imminent harm to yourself or others. I'll walk you through all of that before we start.
-
More than okay. Everyone starts somewhere. You don't need to know the language or have a diagnosis. You just need to show up.
